Ritual: 

• Light the sage stick, and then extinguish the flame and allow the sage to smoulder.
• Lay the sage stick into the smudge bowl, and then hold the gemstones over the smoke using your left hand. 
• Inhale deeply several times, while repeating the affirmation in your mind at least 10 times. 
• Place the gemstones around the room, while fanning the smoke around you and your environment for a minimum of five minutes. 
• When completed, stump out the sage stick and place it back in its packaging ready for its next use.
