Their smooth and creamy formula allows for quick and precise application. 'I'm on Fire' is a neutral-toned, medium-dark red with a creamy matte finish. Pair with 'Moulin Rouge' lipstick for the perfect pout.

How to Use:
To begin, sharpen the Lip Pencil into a fine tip. Next, line the outside of the lips to create a voluminous pout. Lastly, fill the lips with the pencil and follow with a matching lip balm, gloss or lipstick.
