RETURNS & REFUNDS
For all returns enquires please contact: customerservice@eskebeauty.com
We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will only accept returned merchandise that has not been opened or any security seals broken.
Return postage costs are paid by the customer unless Eske Beauty have confirmed otherwise, and an arrangement has been made for your item/items to be collected from our courier service.
Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Eske Beauty.
We must receive your return within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your original payment method for the relevant amount.
If you are returning a product which is outside of the 14 day period from when you received your order store credit will be issued.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product(s), please notify us within 7 days to customerservice@eskebeauty.com
We may request proof of damage (ie) photo, description etc
Change Of Mind
If you are dissatisfied with a product, for any reason, you will be refunded the price you paid for the product, upon return of the original item. This will of course depend on the circumstances being within our returns policy and terms and conditions.
